Learn How to Catch Bass – Review of Bass Fishing Book

Bass fishermen come in all shapes and sizes! Some are just interested in learning the basics of how to catch bass and some of the more seasoned pro’s will always look to improve there “game” with expert hints and tips.

I am reviewing here a book written by Frazer Wheaton called better bass fishing. I brought the book about 6 months ago looking to improve my only modest fishing skills and I was so impressed that I thought it warranted a short review for the public to take a look at the book.

I was pleasantly surprised by the content within the book that covered everything from which types of jigs, spoons spinner-baits etc that one should use when fishing in different kinds of waters, all the way up to learning how to catch bass in many different situation whether it be morning, night, winter or windy it is all covered in the book.

A chapter that I found particularly useful was the one on “correcting common mistakes made by anglers”. After reading this I realised that even the small things that we take for granted when fishing for bass really do make a large difference. It was like learning how to catch bass all over again but this time my game has improved dramatically.

Another exceptional part of this book is the chapter about baiting. When I first started out I thought that bait was bait. How wrong could I of been, my eyes were opened to a massive selection of different baits that “must” be used in different circumstances.

I was so impressed that this book showed me how to catch more and bigger bass than ever before and I am sure it could for you too.
